Nasa Woods forms his own lane in the scarce world of UK R&B with 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S'

Hailing from West London, Nasa Woods is structuring himself amongst the top UK R&B with ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’.

Coming off the back of his previous single “Can’t Stop Me Now”, Nasa Woods is definitely forming a lane for himself in the scarce UK R&B world. His soft vocals and hypnotising melodies hold a key element of the sweet genre. Whilst his heavy bass driven, snappy percussion and rap infused instrumentals set in in a more mature, more grown realm, than the 90-00's bubblegum style R&B.

The “bass thumping, urban pop production on ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ is the perfect foundation for his rap-sung vocal efforts on a direct, no-nonsense yet infectious track”. Floating over the mellow beat, his vocals dance across notes as he bases his lyrics on relationships, friendships, and good vibes.

“Only a few songs deep, he’s already receiving deserved plaudits, with comparisons to the likes of Zayn Malik, Bazzi and The Weeknd a testament to the superb quality of his artistry.”
